Dear Experian,
This letter is another humble request to remove the following derogatory account from my credit report:
FALLS COLLECTION SV, acct. 1207070032
ORIGINAL CREDITOR: WE ENERGIES INVOICE PROCESSING
I will try to explain what happened. This is the rental property out of state and whenever I have a tenant, he or she is responsible for paying all the utilities. In this unfortunate case the tenant moved out and stopped paying well before the lease expiration without notifying me and all the utility bills were switched on my name. I didn’t realize that and addressed in a timely fashion.
Whatever the bills WE ENERGIES sent were coming on this property address and I didn’t learn about them until it was too late.
Please understand that I am a contractor and I buy houses and land to remodel and build for a living. Having a not so good credit is very harmful and prevents me from getting financing on the best possible terms.
This debt was fully satisfied and while I know it can stay on my report up to 7 years, I am kindly asking you to consider my request and remove it.
