To Whom It May Concern:

    Attached please find two letters I received from Bally’s.  The first dated 8/21/2000, the second dated 3/6/2003.  In June of 1999, Bally’s was inadvertently double-billing me for my membership.  They were billing me for a closed account in Pittsburgh and my active account in Libertyville.  As a result of their error, I received a collection action in June 1999.  Although the collection record has been removed from my credit report, it appears the erroneous late payment leading to the collection action has not.  Please find this item as “BALLYS #123123123123”.

Please remove this item from my credit history.  My Trans Union file number is 10088234.  Please contact me with any questions.
