   Attached please find a letter I received from Mario Tricoci Inc. regarding an item inadvertently sent to collection on 4/2002.  The letter states: “we concur with your request to have this reported item removed from your credit report.”  Clearly Mario Tricoci has failed to do so, as the collection record shows on my credit report as “CHECKRITE # 1155025.”

Please remove this item from my credit history.  My Trans Union file number is 10640333.

When complete, please send an updated copy of my credit report including my new credit score.
